I bought a skinless turkey breast half, thinking roast turkey. By the time I got home I realized that no way could I roast that thing naked. Should I just slice it up and make cutlets or scallopini, or is there some way I could roast it covered with bacon or something? I really want the taste of roast turkey, but obviously not a dried up hunk of blech. (Turkey is rarely available where I live except around the Christmas holidays, which is why I lost all sense of reason when I saw this). Thanks, Chowhounds.
