Can anyone tell me the location (and whether it is still in business) of the bakery mentioned by the late Justin Wilson in his book "Homegrown Louisiana Cookin'"

There's a good photo showing hearty thick-crusted peasant-style loaves being hefted out of a trusty Blodgett oven by a doleful-looking Mr Larrieu. From the couple's age in the photo (circa 1990) they are likely retired, but perhaps the next generation have taken over.
I know Wilson lived at that time NW of N.O. somewhere west of the lake.
Being partial to old world breads & pastries and planning to be in that area, I just wondered if anyone can satisfy my curiosity.
