If you're wondering, the muffins on the counter at Primo's superette at the intersection of Joy & Myrtle seem like they could be Chowhound find - tucked away in a quiet superette, an impressive array of flavors. But - sadly - they are only so-so and seem to be the same kind that end up in the Shaw's bakery section. Medium coffee is only $1 though, and it's therefore cheaper/tastier than Starbucks. The guy is really nice too.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY miss the muffins they used to have at Galleria Italiana and the espresso roast coffee. Damn.
