Ok, I admit I'm not much of a baker (I can't stand to measure ingredients), but I do like muffins, of all kinds. I especially like them when they're fresh out of the oven, just cooled enough to handle, but still hot. Why, tho, do my muffins insist on clinging to the paper baking cups? I have this problem no matter what kind of muffins they are. They only peel neatly after they've cooled substantially. Otherwise, I end up with half my muffin stuck to the paper.
How can I keep the muffin intact when I remove the baking cup?
