I have to bring meat/protein to an end of school dinner. I know that sloppy joes and a deli meat platter are being served. I think corn bread turkey meatloaf baked I muffin pans, would be great. I'm adding dried cranberries to the cornbread turkey mixture.
My question is what do you all think of Pepper jelly as a glaze? Should I mix it with something else or maybe a different topping?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
