MSP: Unusual Flours and Grains

I've recently become a big fan of Heidi Swanson's blog www.101cookbooks.com and her cookbooks. Many of her recipes call for unusual flours, such as mesquite flour, quinoa flour, teff flour, and amaranth flour, to name a few. She also lists exotic grains such as red quinoa and red rice.

Do you know of any place in the Twin Cities were I could find these particularly unusual ingredients. I know that Bob's Red Mill produces many of the unusual flours. I saw quinoa flour at Byerly's today. Do any of the co-ops carry such ingredients - especially in their bulk sections? I didn't see them in the bulk sections of Linden Hills Co-op, Fresh and Natural Foods, or Valley Natural Foods.

I'd love to be able to get these ingredients locally rather than buying online.
