I have seen packages of a mozzarella cheese rolled with prosciutto which I have always been curious about. The cheese and meat quality seemed a bit dodgy , so I have always passed on them. Then today at Bay Cities I saw the BelGioioso Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella which meant I could buy yummy prosciutto de parma and heirloom tomatoes and make my own rolls! I thought the mozzarella was hard to roll since it was a bit too thick and stiff , and even worse, the mozzarella wasn't great tasting . Does anyone know where to get better mozzarella in sheets or how to make my own sheets? thank you in advance!
