I just took a mozarella making class and came home with the fruit (or rather cheese) of my labor. I'll certainly do a caprese salad tomorrow.....but I'd love some other suggestions of recipes. I've got about a pound of it. Thanks!
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
