Yeah....am i going to just go hungry in a neighborhood of soul food, fried chicken and carribean cafes?? Will I have to (gasp!) cook myself all the time?
I found this old thread, but several places have closed and a few years later I'm not sure if the others are worthwhile.
It looks like "island salad" and "uptown veg" could be options- has anyone been? Wild olive market also came up but I haven't seen anything about it aside from yelpers liking the lunch sandwiches.
Would love any ideas for casual places (aside from red rooster and sylvia's), delivery options, wine bars or shops, ethnic markets, or other noteworthy veg friendly places.
