As you may know, this was Moutarde's first weekend serving brunch Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately, the servers don't seem to have mastered the art of getting diners to leave after they have long since finished their meal; the wait was much longer than it needed to be. Today there was an incredibly loud party of about 20 that took over the room shouting and singing "Happy Birthday" to a 1-yr-old. Also, if you are bothered by proud neighborhood parents lugging their children around from table to table as they socialize with other parents while bumping into you, then this restaurant is not for you.
That said, everything is under $10...there are scrambled eggs with caramelized onions; I had the salmon eggs benedict which came with very browned potatoes and a small mesclun salad. The bread basket included pain au chocolat, which was a nice touch. For dessert there are creme brulee, creme caramel, tarte tatin and chocolate mousse.
