Anything new in Montco?

Hi hounds. I should first say that I am a vegetarian hound in Lansdale and am currently saddened by the state of chow in the area. Sultan Indian, one of my faves, has recently taken a slight nosedive(bland Aloo Gobi, boring samosas); Abacus Chinese USED to have somewhat exciting dishes, but now it just seems dumbed down to accomodate weaker palates; Ravenna is great, but it's not a "quick" type of place where I could just drop in or get takeout; Fuzion has always been just okay for my tastes; Tex-Mex Connection was not so great from the start, but has continued to go downhill; there is no great pizza in the area; no great Thai(i like Thai Orchid in Blue Bell, but I would like something closer)........I could go on. I am referring mainly to places within a 20 minute driving distance of Lansdale, for those times when I just want to pick something up or decide to go out at the last minute.

While driving by the Lansdale train station the other day, I noticed a "Taste of Acupulco" next to Nadia French Thai. Anyone know anything about this or any other new dining ventures in the area? I am in need of something different
