Mom’s Cornbread — The Lost Recipe!

kelvin_of_ranard | Nov 25, 201906:23 PM     2

About this time of year, when I am thankful for God’s blessings on my life, I am also missing many beloved family members! And, with their passing, I am missing their many idiosyncrasies which will never again be witnessed or experienced. One such “method” was my mom’s cornbread which was the foundation of her Thanksgiving stuffing. Having several of her cookbooks, and her handwritten notes, I still cannot duplicate that recipe. It’s lost to the ages! Happy Thanksgiving Mom! RIP!
