Mohsen - Warwick Road, Kensington

Greetings, all. Last week, I had a chance to try Mohsen, after having heard about it (from howler & Simon Majumdar primarily) for years. Since I was travelling from Canada, I was on a mission. I went with Mrs. G. (not an adventurous eater, but usually game for a challenge). After a long day of touristing in London, the walk from Euston Station almost killed us, but it was all worth it. We are by no means gourmands, but this place was such a welcome haven. The outside area was booked for a private party, so we sat inside. We shared the mixed grill and two salads, and some hummous, and it was all wonderful. The service was excellent, the hostess was truly happy to see us, and the overall experience makes for a beautiful memory.
PS: They were all impressed to hear that Simon & howler had written about them on the Internet. Gentlemen, I think they would like to thank you, if you want to make yourself known.
