arctic char tartare: very nice, clean flavors. similar fish to salmon
country sausage: hearty, without being too rich or salty. transported me to a country barn, lovely homemade taste
quail: juicy and delicious
sorrel soup: generous portion of foie gras complimented the bitterness of the soup
beignets: light, fluffy, hot, great dipping sauces
mango cheesecake: mango sorbet was a bit sour (i don't personally like sorbet though) but flavor and texture was delicious
also, the pinot noir from burgundy (savigny les beaune) is very nice!
