moderately priced napa valley restaurant?

Me | Jun 21, 200306:40 PM     5

I'm going to be in Napa for the weekend of the fourth. I'm doing French Laundry one night but looking for a good place to eat the second night. Since we'll be spending a lot of money at FL, then we'd like somewhere that's not too pricey. We'd still like it to be a nice place (candles, good service, patio is a plus) with good food. Cuisine type is relatively unimportant. Ideally something 180 degrees from French Laundry and Zuni.

Also, if you happen to think of it, where is the best Napa winery for learning about the wine-making process, cave tours and picnics.

Whew! That's a lot of information!
