Has anyone else experienced Mistral? They're a pris-fixe place on Blanchard, between 1st and 2nd. We adored every bite they brought us.

No menu, just a list of ingredients. You say if you DON'T like something, otherwise you'll get whatever the wind (mistral) blows. Pick your number of courses, from 3 to 7 - we did the seven - and sit back to enjoy the show.

Fantastic creations, mostly French in preparation - and yes it's spendy, but outside of Le Gourmand, the old Herbfarm, Lampreia and maybe Rovers, I've not had better food in Seattle.
