Using raw whole almonds from Costco, I spread a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then sprayed them, one side only, with Bragg Aminos. I put the sheet into a preheated 350 oven, then turned it off and left them there for about 2 hours, maybe more. Didn't need a potholder to remove the pan from the oven. I let them cool completely before putting them into a jar, to be sure they were thoroughly dry and that there would be no condensation. The soy flavor of the Bragg is different from the tamari almonds, but they fill the same niche and in the future I will try this with teriyaki or tamari, if they don't clog up a misting bottle. I didn't have tamari on hand and the Bragg liquid comes in a spray bottle so it was convenient.
