Really Missing the Lin Garden, Dracut, Weekend Buffet. Any Good Alternatives out There?

qianning | May 18, 201807:58 PM

We are really looking for something to replace the niche of the old Lin Garden weekend lunch buffet. Which had such a good mix of Taiwanese dishes--the long noodle soup with tripe, the stir fried rock crabs, salty or sweet soy milk with youtiao--and Cantonese dimsum--various baozi and jiaozi, fried veggies with filling--and the odd crowd please Chinese-American dish.

We are familiar with China Star in Lowell, but that's a bit more Cantonese-centic than what I am looking for. The Taiwanese dim sum joints in Belmont and Newton Mass are fine, but a schlepp from our home in southern NH.

So is there anything like that these days on the northern Route 3 or 93 or northeastern 495 corridors?
