Man can not live by Lotus of Siam alone, especially if he is accompanied by friends who roll their eyes at the suggestion of going once again, so here are some observations about other places I've visited.
The Peppermill is as charming as ever, but I must report that it is probably a mistake to wander off too far from the obvious order suspects. On my last trip, several folks tried some of the more adventurous entrees and pastas -- a big mistake.
Went to the Paris breakfast buffet. The custom-made omelets and crepes were fine, but otherwise the food seems to have come down a little in quality. Bakery items were poor and smoked fish of low quality.
