I was driving passed Mirchi the other day so i decided to pick up something from there.. I ordered the lemon coriander soup and the chili chicken. I enjoyed the lemon soup and could see it clearing up any future ailments. The problem i had was with the chicken i received.. When i took it home i was underwhelmed with the constancy of the meat. It was rather mushy and almost processed feeling. It was the type quality where you cant really determine what part of the animal the meat came from, or maybe not even the species. I am wondering if something might have occurred during the 5 minute drive to my apartment or perhaps its like this eating in the restaurant as well.

P.S I dont own a restaurant and have no interest in anything other then asking a question you chowhound censor guys.
