Mini loaves--how many pans to use?

Jenny | Oct 26, 2005 07:09 PM

I have to make small, sliceable loaves for a tea party. The recipe I was given is supposed to make "two large loaves." I'm going to have to buy some mini pans--my question is how many mini pans will the recipe fill?

The recipe calls for 3 cups flour, 3 eggs, 1 cup oil, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups chopped nuts, salt, soda, bp, and 2 cups total "A to Z," that is a choice or a mixture of grated apples, chopped dates, on through grated zucchini.

I can make a practice loaf, but I thought some of you would have an idea how many pans I'd need to get first.

Thanks for your help on this.
