Went for lunch today. They're only opened 1 week. Fabulous selection and quality for a buffet. Mixed crowd - Koreans, Japanese, Filpinos, Caucasians, including a group of 16 businessmen from a Korean Church. More Asians than caucasians - a good sign. Nice operation, I hope they can keep it up.

About 20-25% sushi, 20-25% cold dishes - salads, vegetables including squid, bok choy and shitake mushrooms, 25% hot dishes including tempura, fishes, tonkatsu, beef, pork, and baked mussels. 20-25% fruit and dessrts. A bunch of sauces and thing like sashimi salad. Hibatchi area included udon noodle soup with selectable goodies. At night they must have grilled foods and tepanyaki-style stuff.

Lunch was $14.50 - not cheap but a good value. 1/2 price for the kids who wolfed up a load of sushi and then picked at the desserts.

Service was good - better than last report.

Definitely worth a revisit - and with friends. Thanks to Suefoo who first mentioned it.
