Where are you Mike?

We used to go to SalaThai on Alpine Street in downtown L.A. The chef was Mike. He made the best Pad Thai noodles ever. They were thin and spicy without all the bean sprouts and carrot shreds. He also made an unsweetened version of Mee Krob that you wrapped in lettuce leaves to eat. His food was exceptional but he left SalaThai. Anyone know where Mike is today?
