Middle East spices and don't know how to use them. Can you help?

bearzie | Dec 30, 2007 11:56 AM

A local Middle East market has started carrying a new line of spices. They are produced by a company called Abido in Bierut and distributed by Baroody Import in Clifton, NJ. Their website is:

I've tried googling to see how they are used but haven't had much success.

Kibby spice
Moghrabieh spice
Macanec spice
Chicken spice
7 mixed spices (allspice, cinnamon, clove, pepper, mahlab, nutmeg and ginger)
Falafel spice

I can't ask the store owners because language is an issue. And the Abido website doesn't have recipes.

Thanks for your help.
