Here we go again. It's almost a traditional rite of the culinary. The Michelin Restaurant Guides have been publishing their ratings, locally and nationally. Stars and Bibs. Well, in the greater Westchester area of New York, here they are. I admit to having some favorites on the list. What do you think? https://guide.michelin.com/en/us/new-...

While I am glad to see the restaurant industry get a shot in the arm, my question is: how did they manage to get a clear precise picture of a restaurant during the past year of the Covid-19 pandemic? Most restaurants were, and still are, in major disarray. How was that possible?
