I'm trying to make meringue cookies for a passover seder tomorrow eve. Sadly, I got a little to experimental and tried to add ground cocoa nibs to the egg whites. I knew that it would be a problem, because I ground the cocoa nibs with the sugar and added them together. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Anyhow, the egg whites have fallen completely, and I have a soupy mess. Is there any way to save this situation? Am I tossing six egg whites?
Please help asap if you can...
