Having company tonight and my menu is as follows. What do you think? any changes you would recommend
dates stuffed with parmesan and wrapped with bacon
assorted cheeses with crackers and grapes
grilled venison chops with a port wine reduction
roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with evoo and sea salt
What to do w/ garlic braised in cream and butter? I was originally going to serve garlic mashed instead of spaetzle so now if have some fabulous braised garlic and not sure what to do with it. Any ideas that I could either incorporate into the menu (app maybe?) or something I could make and keep for later?
