Thinking about making Giada's Mushroom and Pea Risotto - http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/gi... - as the main dish for Thanksgiving. (We eat fairly vegetarian.)
But I'm stumbling over sides. Dessert will be a pumpkin cake roll with cream cheese frosting. I'll do a big green salad with diced pears and toasted pecans as a starter.
Was thinking about rolls of some sort. And...? I'm feeling no inspiration. I know this is a rich recipe, so simple and not-rich would be best, I assume.
