I'm making my grandmother's meatballs this weekend, and I am having a problem finding a butcher to help me with these instructions, which MUST, apparently, be followed:
2 lbs meat in all
1 lb round steak
1/2 lb pork
1/2 lb veal
All ground together in fine grinder 3 times
Lunds and Byerly's won't do it, Clancy's won't do it, and Ingebretsen's won't do it.
