I've had my eye's on a meat grinder for awhile - currently just prep, semi freeze in the freezer before I put in the food processor. It works, albit not always ever so uniform. The Dual Blade I ordered overseas for the Breville does help....
Planning to make a batch of meatballs again for the freezer and the urge for a meat grinder is getting revisited.
Looked at a couple options.
Sell the KA Pro, upgrade to a Ankarsarum Mixer with the Meat Grinder Attachement (I've had my eyes on the mixer already)
Don't really want a LEM / dedicated electric meat grinder.
I would rather just remove the handle off a handheld unit and put a drill on it.
I'm not too fond of putting a clamp on the overhang of my countertop though.
Seems to be alot of ~isolated~ weight on the stone --- but I'm sure there are tons of people doing this with no problem.
Thoughts, suggestions, recommendations.
