measurements conversion guide and adjusting portions etc.

Hello all. I am trying to cook a Korean dish called Tofu stew (순두부찌개). I am in America but the cookbook is directly from Korea. I speak Korean but I do not understand Korean measurements since I am from America. In the cookbook, everything is written in Korean measurements and it is confusing me terribly.

For the Tofu stew, it says that I need 100g of Pork. I chose to use Pork belly and I have 1.40lb of it with me right now. So, I have a number of problems.

1. How many grams of pork belly is 1.40lb.
2. How do I change the portions of the other ingredients (also in grams) to match the portion of pork belly. Does this makes sense? If it doesn't then I'll try to re-word it.
3. Most importantly, what is all this in American measurements?

The recipe calls for 100g of pork but I have 1.40lb. The recipe also calls for 2 packages of extra soft tofu. So, that means the indicates 2 packages of tofu to 100g of pork. I have to adjust and change the original portion of tofu (2 packages with 100g of pork) to match the amount of pork that I have. Therefore how many packages of tofu do I need with 1.40lb of pork belly (or it's equivalent in grams)?

I will list the other ingredients I have to match below so you can assist me with those also:
clams - 250g
green onion - 30g
regular onion - 100g
egg - 1
water - 2 cups
sesame seed oil - 1 tbs
anchovy seasoning - 1 tps
cooking oil - 1 cup
sliced garlic - 1 cup
sliced ginger - 1/4 cup

Thank you!
