So I'm buying a bottle of wine tonight at my local wine seller when I notice a bottle of mead. Hmmmmmmmmm I says to myself, mead, it's been many years since I've had a taste and it was always homemade. Not that homemade is a bad thing. I just want to get that straight. My question is, what is the best way to serve mead? Hot,cold,chilled,slightly chilled,with food,without food or nowhere near food? Thanks to anyone who can help.
