There's a newish restaurant called Maximilians along Tujunga Ave. kittycorner from the North Hollywood Branch Library. It is an elegant space, very attractively designed, with a nice outdoor dining area. (A bit hot right now in the Valley!)
The menu loks highly promising, with options such as a salad with Fourme d'Ambert Cheese, blue fin tuna tartare and wild Scottish Atlantic salmon with crunchy spaetzle. Prices are equally ambitious, with dinner entrees (rack of lamb) topping out at $28.50.
Anyone been? What's the story?
