Tried Iron Imu in Napili and Fat Daddy's in Kihei and King's in Kihei.

I liked the moist (fatty) brisket from Iron Imu and threw away 1/2 the ribs and chicken because they weren't good.

At Fat Daddy's the ribs were decent and the pulled pork wasn't as good. The brisket, sides and sauce were just plain bad. Brisket was dry, hush puppies flavorless, sauce was all sugar.

King's wasn't southern style BBQ at all, but it was interesting. Garlic Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, deep fried shrimp and the usual 3 scoops of starch.
