matzoballs that taste like stuffing

We're looking for a restaurant in Central Florida that comes close to serving matzoball soup like we had at a place in Hartsdale, NY... the matzoballs were not like bland mouthfuls of flour (our assessment of most matzoballs). They seemed to have more of a cornbread flavor and texture, and had spices or whatever that made them taste like Thanksgiving stuffing. For the past couple of years, we always hit the diner in Hartsdale when we get up to visit my mother, but we hope something closer by Tampa-Orlando-Gainesville-Ocala-Citrus County is available.
Should've posted this long ago. We got a "sample" of the matzoballs at TooJays in Orlando last night and that's what got me started on this today. They were so great to bring us a sample matzoball-really- but we didn't order it because it was the same old flour routine. Thanks.
