I'm looking for a recipe for a matzah farfel dish that, well ... that doesn't taste like matzah farfel. I've been asked to bring a farfel side dish to seder and I can't recall ever tasting one I liked. Oh, I've seen recipes for dishes with mushrooms, or onions, or leeks, but they all sound the same after a while. And they're all kind of boring -- and soooo heavy. Is there such a thing as a good-tasting farfel souffle? Or maybe something with fruit that can offset the bland nature of the farfel? This will be my final attempt at a recipe using matzah farfel, unless I can come up with a new, tasty way to use it. Can anyone help me out here?
