Best Martini in San Francisco city? Any cheap eats also..

TanQ10 | Jul 16, 200302:54 AM     5

Staying at the funky Triton at the gates of Chinatown with a hint of the Provence (two french cafes on the same corner) and have had enough escargot, beer, sushi and Napa Valley wine. Where do i go for good, cheap Mexican food and martinis nearby (Bush-Grant, Market, st, Union Sq area)? I don't have a car, travelling solo on foot/BART and I can't climb another hill.

Also, any comments on Katia's Russian Tea House and the Chaat Cafe?

Thanks
T
