I'm always looking for new ways to make chicken great. Currently, I'm addicted to the grilled chicken "salad" @ Quang, and I'm trying to replicate it @ home. Seems to me it's boneless & skinless chicken thighs pounded kinda thin, marinated in ???????? and then char-grilled. It would be the ultimate summer grilled chicken, but I'm stumped on the marinade...any ideas?
