Best marinade for Carne Asada?

I've been on a mission to master my carne asada and steak tacos for a while now. I typically use flank or skirt and put a dry rub with New Mexican hatch chili powder, cunin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I'm pretty satisfied with that but it's not amazing. I want to make it at parties and see everyone smile when they eat it. I think the key to elevating it may be to marinade it.

What marinades have you guys been using for carne asada? I've heard orange juice is great, but what's better sunny delight (seriously I've seen people say this is the best), Tropicana, or simply squeezing oranges straight into the bag? Any other secret ingredients?
