Mangoes and Curry Leaves...again

I have been cooking out of the book all week and have not had a failure or disappointment. Everything has been delicious and the recipes easy to follow. I did order it from Amazon (through Chowhound of course) and am anxious for my copy to come before I have to return the copy I am using to the library. I have not had a book about Indian etc. cooking that I have ever liked as well. Highly recommend that you all who like food from that part of the world give it a look. Alford and Duguid have another winner and if you are new to cooking this food you will find it well explained and it is a good read too for travel. It is definitely changing my mind about cooking sub-continental food at home.
