I'm hoping to make Rendang for the first time this weekend. In looking through a few recipes online, I believe I should try to include Kaffir Lime Leaves and Galagnal.
Does anyone know where to find these ingredients in a shop close by to Cambridge or in the Metro area? Also, if you don't know where to find the ingredients, do any seasoned Rendang makers have suggestions on replacements for either the Kaffir Lime Leaves or the Galangal?
