My husband's neice ususally throws Easter dinner but her house is about to be demolished and renovated (good for her!) so this year is out.
I happily offered to cook this year, however, I'm not christian and have never made an Easter dinner. Obviously I'm aware of what is traditional from being in the family for several years, and intend to stick to this type of menu (ham, lamb, spring veggies, etc.) with an Italian bent as that is their background.
Does anyone have any particularly good recipes or sites for Easter meals? Anything very traditional for an Italian type Easter? I do kind of want to "wow" them, but in a comfortable way.
I haven't cooked an entire lamb or lamb ever, my husband does not eat either one, so while I'm a confident cook, I could use a touch of guidance here.
