What are you making or bringing for Tofurky day?

Are you hosting family and friends? Omnis and veg*ns? Headed over the hill and through the woods to grandmother's house with something to share?
Will there be Tofurky? Gardein roast? A Celebration roast from field roast?

I would love to hear what veg and vegan items are on your menu for the holiday! Or even a great dish you made last year and want to share!

My plans are still up in the air- a small group of us will either order in chinese or maybe I'll be cooking almost everything in their fabulous kitchen that i'm afraid to get dirty... (Which is my preference! I have non-cooking friends with a huge wonderful kitchen)
