Down East magazine lists a large number of favorite eats for a bunch of Maine chefs - and I was interested and a bit amused to see them mention a number of places that I like (or have heard very good things about from others) which have been frequently dismissed by some on this board.
For example -

Maine Diner -Steve and Michelle Corry
Believe it or not, I'm not bringing this up to be argumentative, but rather to point out that there are differences in opinion and taste and that perhaps sometimes it might be OK to allow someone to disagree instead of totally dismissing a differing opinion or palate.
