why aren't anasazi beans more widely available and used? they're so much more delicious than pinto beans (and i just read they have 75% less gas causing carbs). i can't seem to find them anymore, except by mail order and it seems pretty ridiculous paying that much just for beans (cost of beans plus shipping). if you can find them i highly recommend them for any dish you would normally use pintos in.
