Mac and Cheese at a potluck - how to keep warm or reheat???

amethiste | Jan 28, 200908:16 PM     8

I have been instructed by my boss to bring my special mac & cheese to the team potluck. I have a crock post with a stoneware insert. I will be baking the mac & cheese in the insert in advance. My question is: Should I make the mac & cheese the night before and reheat it in the crock-pot at work? Or should I make it in the morning and keep it hot in the crock pot. I will get to work about 8:30 am and lunch will be around noonish. There is a microwave at work but I am not sure the insert will fit in it.

Suggestions?
