Lunch tasting: Bouley vs Juni vs Betony vs ?

Hello all,
I will be returning to NYC in April and couldn't be happier. My husband and I have experienced some wonderful meals in the past (EMP, Atera, Ippudo, Bouley) thats to Chowhound, and I'm looking for CHers advice on lunch.
This trip will be with a college friend who I haven't seen in years. I'd like to take her out for lunch. On our last trip, we had lunch at Bouley and were very impressed with the value and the tastes. I was planning on taking my friend there, then came across Juni's Lunch Tasting and Betony's lunch offerings… Has anyone had lunch at Juni or Betony, and how does it compare to Bouley's lunch? Or is there somewhere else fabulous in that price range that I'm missing?
