Lunch on Friday, Breakfast on Sunday

dcrulz | Apr 10, 201210:21 AM

I'm flying into MDW on Friday morning (4/20, should be in my rental car by 9am), and looking to kill a bit of time in Chicago until I drive to Dixon in the afternoon.

What better way to kill time than eating until I can't feel feelings anymore?

I absolutely LOVE Hot Doug's, and figure there's a good chance I'll end up at least having a snack there, but I want to expand my Chicago food horizons a bit.

Where should I go for an unforgettable lunch that I can't get anywhere else? Keeping price at or below $100 (traveling solo) would be nice, but I can be swayed if there's something that's "worth it".

Likes: I eat a lot of Japanese, Chinese, and Italian, but I'm open to pretty much anything.

Dislikes: Super-spicy food.

For bonus points, is there anywhere I should make sure to hit Sunday morning on my way back to the airport?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
