Luke's Inside Out

We picked up sandwiches from this newish trailer on South Lamar today. I got The Shrimp and Mr. Pated got The Pig. Both of them were very nice, although on the pricey side.

The Shrimp is supposed to have honey, bleu cheese, grilled shrimp, and apple on it - realistically, the shrimp was breaded rather than grilled, and it also came with fresh spinach; I was also unable to detect the honey and the apple was a little too miserly for good balance. However, the bleu cheese was quite generous, and I'm all for that. The roll was nice and fresh as well.

I had a bite of The Pig and it was extremely flavorful. Just the sort of thing you'd want to have after a few beers, really.

We also got the bacon-wrapped fingerling potatoes in "traioli" sauce. The fingerlings are the blue variety potato, which are fun to look at. The aioli was very flavorful. There were about five in the order, IIRC.
