I hadn't been for a while, but a flat tire opened a window of time to go there for lunch on Monday. This place seems to be just as good as ever. I had the pate chaud and some wonderful rice dumplings filled with ground meat and mung bean paste topped with vibrantly orange ground shrimp. They were wonderful sticky tasty treats. Went back today and had the duck curry served with rice vermicelli ( you can also get it with a baguette). Shared a spring roll which was fresh and delicious. The only drawback was the bread for the bahn mi sandwich was more chewy than freshly baked. The roast pork filling, however, was fantastic. The best thing that will keep me coming back for more are all of the desserts in the case and the pandan layer cake and other coconut rice treats. Does anyone have any must try recommendations?
